This document regulates the rental of automatic lockers owned by CUSTODI LOCKERS, S.L.U (Custodi Lockers). Booking implies acceptance of these clauses.
Art. 11. Nature of the Contract
This is a temporary physical space rental agreement. Custodi Lockers does not assume storage or custody obligations. The User is solely responsible for the contents.
Art. 22. Booking and Payment
Bookings are made online or at the Kiosk. Payment is made in advance. The User will receive a PIN or QR code for access.
Art. 33. Prohibited Items
Prohibited items: (a) Cash or jewelry over €100; (b) Hazardous substances; (c) Weapons; (d) Living beings or perishable food.
Art. 44. Insurance and Theft
Limited insurance up to €300 per booking is included for forced entry only. A police report must be filed within 24h.
Art. 55. Overstay Fees
If the User fails to collect luggage on time, the locker will be locked. A penalty based on the hourly or daily rate will apply.
Art. 66. Forgotten Items
After 48 hours, Custodi Lockers may move contents to external storage. Costs (€50 transport + €10/day storage) will be charged to the User.
Art. 77. Abandonment
If luggage is unclaimed after 15 calendar days, it is considered abandoned. Custodi Lockers may destroy, sell, or donate it.
Art. 88. Technical Failures
Custodi Lockers will resolve technical issues quickly but is not liable for missed flights or transport due to delays.
Art. 99. Right of Inspection
Custodi Lockers reserves the right to open lockers in the presence of authorities if illegal activity or danger is suspected.
Art. 1010. Video Surveillance
Premises are under constant video recording for security. Users consent to being recorded when entering.
